Target Age Group

The Hanquol app is intended for users aged 18 and over. It is not designed for or intended for children or minors under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not use the app or provide any personal information.

• Precise and approximate location (to determine the delivery address, display the map, and track the delivery person during the active order period only)
• Name, phone number, email address, and physical address (for account management, order fulfillment, and communication)
• Device ID and session information (for login, notifications, and security)
• Order history and in-app search history (to view your past orders and improve your experience)
• Photos (optional – profile picture, package photos, or chats)
• In-app chat messages (optional – between you and the store or delivery person)

We Never Collect

Payment card information or any electronic payment details (the app only accepts cash on delivery).

How Do We Use Your Data?

• To deliver orders correctly
• To send order status notifications
• To communicate with you during the order process
• To improve the app and resolve issues

Who Do We Share Your Data With?

• With stores and delivery drivers (your name, phone number, address, and order details only)
• With Google Maps (your location for map display and navigation)
• With Firebase (for sending notifications)
• We do not sell your data to any third party and never will.

Data Protection

• All communications are encrypted (HTTPS)
• Data is stored on secure servers
• Data Retention Period
• We retain your data as long as your account is active.
• When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within a maximum of 30 days (excluding records required by law after your identity has been removed).

How to delete your account?

Within the app (the main and most straightforward method):

1. Go to your profile or settings.
2. Select the "Delete Account" option.
3. Confirm the request – your deletion request will be processed and your associated data removed.

Outside the app (if you require an alternative method):

2. Please state that you want to delete your account, along with your phone number or email address.
3. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe (usually less than 30 days).

Minors

The app is not intended for users under 13 years of age. If we discover a child's data without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the date of the update. Your continued use of the app signifies your acceptance of the changes.
